Terms & conditions

Please read these (Terms and Conditions) carefully before using services operated by SDHAIRBRIDAL ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Purchase Of service:

If you would like to purchase a service or product from SDHAIRBRIDAL OR SDSTRANDS you must agree to the following terms:

You (client) will pay 50% of the total price on the day of booking and pay the remaining 50% 1 month before the hair is to be completed. For bookings less than 2 weeks before the wedding date, the payment will be due in full. 

Failure to do so will incur a fee of £5 per day past payment. 

SDHAIRBRIDAL hereby excludes any liability that may arise from issues with the delivery and postage of wigs. Any discrepancies must be taken up with Royal Mail.

SDHAIRBRIDAL is not responsible for the outcome of any styling outside her recommended list of vendors or hair purchased directly by the client.

In cases where hair is coloured by other stylists or the client, SDHAIRBRIDAL will not be held responsible for the quality of the install, revamp or re-dye of the hair. 

In cases where units have been constructed by other stylists or the client, SDHAIRBRIDAL will not be held responsible for the quality of the install, revamp or re-dye of the hair.

In cases of lace glue or lace discrepancy, please investigate with the manufacturers of said glue, as this is not an SDHAIRBRIDAL product, and we (SDHAIRBRIDAL) are not liable. Times for glue longevity were tested, but every case is subjective.

The booking fee is non refundable and will be kept (for payment of services already rendered) if -

  • You do not attend the booking or cancel

  • The service has been completed.

  • You exhibit threatening behaviour, leading to the appointment being cancelled for safety.

  • The purchased hair is not up to the agreed-upon standard, and this affects the service.

If you are unsatisfied with the hair, please state before you leave the appointment or immediately contact SDHAIRBRIDAL at sdbridall@gmail.com ( please ensure SDHAIRBRIDAL is the first point of contact to sort out any unsatisfactory units to avoid a 100% denial of refunds)

SDHAIRBRIDAL's refund policy states: no refunds unless there is explicit proof of damage with photo and video evidence solely by SDHAIRBRIDAL . You must contact us within 24 hours from your event date.

If a reference photo is provided, please note that it serves as inspiration only. As each service is tailored to your individual hair type, features, and preferences, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed to replicate the image exactly.

We will always strive to achieve the desired look to the highest standard or provide professional guidance where needed. By choosing to proceed with the service, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that this does not contribute to grounds for a refund.

By booking with SDHAIRBRIDAL , you agree to our stylist posting pictures of you that best represent SDHAIRBRIDAL’s work on any social media platform to showcase our work for promotional purposes, unless specified ahead of the booking.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If terms and conditions are in revision, we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By paying a booking fee and signing the contract, you are agreeing that you have carefully considered the above terms. You will not be able to proceed with a complaint or refund that has been outlined by any of the terms above.
